Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must have access to computer, internet, and digital tools to carry out duties
  • Should have a desire to contribute to Global Health and Development and the Sustainable Development Goals
  • All positions require responsible individuals with good communication skills and attention to detail

Location(s):

  • Remote/work from home, New York City, Chicago, Dekalb, Illinois 

Duration/Hours:

  • 1– 6 months duration, part-time, flexible hours 

Compensation:

  • Academic credit available 

Fundraising Associate

Responsibilities:​​

  • Assist in development and promotion of crowdfunding campaigns

  • Organize and manage fundraising events/activities (SDG photo contest etc.)

  • Work with outreach coordinator to develop and implement recruitment

         campaign for research program

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategy in coordination with GEH LAB team and board
  • Research potential fundraisers

  • Maintain Fundraiser Spreadsheet
  • Must have knowledge and experience in non-profit fundraising or online crowdsourcing campaigns. Excellent writing skills required. 


Grants Associate

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement external funding strategy including grant prospects in coordination with GEH LAB team and board

  • Research potential funding opportunities

  • Grant writing and proposal development

  • Maintain Grants Spreadsheet
  • Must have knowledge and experience in applying for external funding and delivering proposals. Excellent writing skills required.
